Hi, I’m Nathalie (she/her/ella)! A therapist and proud, gender-fluid child of Mexican immigrant parents. I specialize in supporting teens and adults through identity exploration, acculturation stress and life transitions with a trauma-informed and culturally humbled lens. I offer individual sessions to teens (13+) and adults virtually throughout the state of California. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story, reconnect with your internal strengths, and challenge systems of oppression that may impact your well-being. Drawing on principles of decolonizing therapy, I strive to honor the wisdom of your lived experiences while guiding you toward a more meaningful and authentic life. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients on their journeys of healing and self-discovery, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you! Sessions are $150 for a 50-minute appointment, with some lower fee options available. Visit my website for more information 🙂
