Spanish Speaking Therapist in California, for English read below Spanish bio:
Estoy atenta a resolver tus dudas e inquietudes. Gracias por estar aquí. Acepto pacientes nuevos via Telehealth.

I am a Spanish Speaking Therapist, from Latin America where I started the Journey as a Mental Health professional. Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of patients suffering from anxiety, coping with grief, chronic pain, terminal illnesses, and other health conditions that definitely affect their life quality. Through acceptance and a compassionate presence, I have helped patients and their families to better understand their difficulties, make sense of them, and face them in the present moment. An immigrant myself, I understand firsthand the challenges involved in adapting to a new culture. I have been helping patients who have immigrated to the United States identify and utilize their strengths to thrive in a new environment. I conduct therapy in English and Spanish and I enjoy very much working with immigrants from different cultures. In working with me you will learn to know better and to accompany yourself, and you will find in self-compassion a tool that you can use in any moment or challenge situation. I understand that it is a challenge to come to the consultation for the first time, I invite you to try it… your life will not be the same afterward. I am here for you. Thank you for being here! Accepting new patients via Telehealth in California.
