I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety and OCD and the Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) community. Most BIPOC didn’t talk about emotions growing up. Now you feel like you don’t know how to cope. You’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help. You felt like your therapist didn’t get you. You want to find a therapist who has similar experiences, someone you can connect to and feel comfortable sharing with. I’ve been there, and as a POC, I’m here for you. I can help you become compassionate and self-confident. I will hold you accountable while also providing you support to face life’s challenges.
