In our work together, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you shift negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where you are always the guide, and you maintain the power of choice throughout the process. My goal is to help you build the skills you need to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and control. Having lived in two different cultures, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, allowing me to approach therapy with an openness and understanding that respects each individual’s background and experiences.
