Hello! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and eager to hear your story and support you along your way. I am second generation Tejana with proud roots in my ancestors from Mexico. I am licensed in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Counseling. I work with couples, families and individuals navigating loss, trauma recovery and managing anxiety and overwhelm. My therapy approach is collaborative, attachment focused and trauma informed. Right now, I am providing telehealth therapy only.
