About

Are you seeking to be kinder to yourself and enhance self-compassion? Are you looking for a therapist that will empower you through a relational, multicultural and intersectional feminist perspective? If this sounds like you, I would love to co-create a space with you where you can feel safe and ready to explore various aspects of yourself. I do keep in mind how systems of oppression impact people differently based on their identities as well as their experiences. You will be invited to unlearn self-limiting beliefs that you have been conditioned to believe in and you will have the opportunity to reclaim your authentic self. I am also bilingual, speaking Spanish and English, offering services in these languages as well. I enjoy working alongside individuals of different backgrounds and people across the lifespan. I do specialize in the BIPOC community, immigration, people who identify themselves as being children of immigrants, and first generation students. In my free time, I love creating all types of art. Music, painting, poetry, and any ways I can express myself invokes joy in my life. I also love to read, travel as much as I can, and learn about different cultures. As a human being and as a therapist who is living in this world with you, I identify as being: Inclusive of all body types, LGBTQIA affirming, Sex positive, BIPOC affirming, and Disability affirming.

It would be an absolute honor to walk alongside you in your journey in this life! You are a valuable human being that deserves a space where you can feel free to express yourself. I'm so excited to get to know you :)
