As a first generation Latinx woman, I understand the stigma that can come up when addressing mental health as a Hispanic/Latinx individual. I am passionate about working with people juggling acculturation concerns, mental health stigma, and societal expectations. I have vast experience working with a wide variety of age ranges, genders, and cultural backgrounds with expansive therapeutic goals in both English and Spanish.
