My name is Madeline Trujillo (she/her), and I am a Latina Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, helping them break free from old patterns and build lives that feel authentic, fulfilling, and aligned. I also specialize in working with the Latinx population.
I take a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based techniques such as EMDR and attachment-based therapy to support deep healing and personal growth. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level, rewriting the narratives that hold you back, and creating meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to step into your full potential.
As a therapist, I understand that healing is a deeply personal journey, and I tailor my work to each individual’s unique needs, background, and goals. I also recognize the importance of culturally responsive care, ensuring that therapy is a space where all aspects of your identity and lived experience are honored.
I currently offer virtual therapy for clients throughout California, making it easy to access support no matter where you are. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, traveling, being in nature, doing any wellness-based activity and expressing my creativity through fashion. I find excitement in learning about new cultures and ways of life and I’m dedicated to expanding my worldview.
