About Me: I am a warm and collaborative therapist committed to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful growth. For individuals, this means helping you connect with your authentic self and build resilience. For couples, I focus on strengthening emotional bonds, improving communication, and fostering understanding and trust. Who I Work With: I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, and trauma survivors. I also specialize in helping couples navigate relationship challenges such as conflict, infidelity, and life transitions. My experience includes supporting clients with PTSD, identity exploration, grief, and non-death losses like divorce or immigration. Additionally, I work with individuals managing substance use and other mental health concerns, tailoring therapy to your specific needs and goals. I also work with couples facing challenges like communication issues, infidelity, or navigating life changes together. My Approach: Using evidence-based techniques like Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I guide individuals and couples toward healing and deeper connection. My approach is client-centered, drawing from creative and somatic practices to explore emotions and uncover new insights. Whether you’re seeking individual growth or working on your relationship, I am here to help you move forward with clarity, compassion, and intention. – Luisa Zepeda, LMSW
