My approach to therapy relies primarily on a person-centered approach that draws on CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy. So what does that even mean? Basically, this is a fancy way of saying I have more than one approach I integrate when I practice; which means I am able to respond to YOUR specific needs.
