My approach to therapy is warm, inviting, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, uncovering the strengths you already possess and building new skills to navigate life’s hurdles. I believe therapy doesn’t have to be all serious business—we’ll share a laugh or two along the way!

As a Latina, first-gen, bilingual therapist, I bring a helpful perspective to the table and deep understanding of the cultural nuances and unique experiences that shape our lives. Navigating life’s challenges can feel like a rollercoaster for many of us, especially when stress, anxiety, and relationship dynamics come into play.

With nearly a decade of experience as a therapist, I've had the joy of supporting folx from all walks of life. My journey as a therapist began in community mental health supporting Latinx and Black parents and their children in building resilience and connection after trauma. Currently, I am privileged to serve the diverse community of a large university, working directly with college students through the challenges and rejoicings of young adulthood.
