Hola, soy Laura Ortiz Guillén. I’m a bilingual & bicultural Latinx muxer. My parents immigrated from Morelia, Michoacan México. My interest in psychology began after taking a dream course in high school. I was fascinated with how the dream world gives us clues to heal. My current practice focuses on Energy Psychology; the integration of Indigenous medicine with modern psychology. I’m passionate to help clients live whole & integrated lives. I serve as a guide focusing on the body-mind-spirit connection. I have 20 years of experience and meet with clients wanting to address: depressive/anxious symptoms, grief/loss, intergenerational/trauma, relationships, cultural negotiations, & spiritual concerns. I work with the BIPOC community, working professionals usually in the health, law and tech fields, first-generation college students, undocumented/ immigrant population/students, people who are already and/or interested in indigenous spiritual healing, social activists & I’m an ally of the LGBTQ community.
