Laura is a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician. She believes that positive changes are made through relationships that are supportive while empowering the client to make their own choices. She has spent most of her career fostering safe and affirming environments and has made it her mission to normalize making mental health a priority. Laura is a supervisee in clinical social work and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Laura has experience with individual and group therapy, as well as conflict resolution and family sessions. She specializes in working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, and substance use. Laura’s mission is to utilize therapy to help others achieve overall well being in all areas of their lives.
