About

Hola! I am a Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker raised in South Central, Los Angeles. I’m passionate about guiding individuals to seek and channel their emotions and needs in ways their bodies and soul guides them to. I invite clients to be their authentic selves in sessions as I help to guide them to do so outside.  I believe that by looking inward through compassion, self-love, kindness, and respect healing happens. The mind, body, and soul are all connected. I enjoy utilizing art, writing, poetry, music, and meditation to help tune in with oneself and find ways to channel the emotions. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, life confusion, childhood abuse/neglect, trauma/complex trauma, work/life balance, low self-esteem, PTSD, grief, and difficulties adjusting to life events. I use a combination of modalities such as TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, strength based approach, and solution-focused. I encourage clients to share what works and what does not in order to find the tools that best assist each individual's unique life journey. Most importantly, all sessions are client centered.
