My work as a licensed Latinx therapist centers on empowering individuals to break intergenerational trauma patterns, establish boundaries with others, and help individuals move past codependency to refocus their lives on self-care.

Providing the support + validation to my clients that many have been lacking throughout their childhood and adult life is an important part of the therapeutic process. My approach is simple: unconditional positive regard with accountability. You are doing the best you can, and yet we can discuss new strategies to get you feeling happier and more secure.
