My name is Katherine Rodriguez, and I’m a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#110239). I’m so glad you’re here—looking for support is a big step, and I want you to know you’re not alone.
I’ve been working with children, teens, young adults, and families for over 12 years, mostly in schools and community settings across Solano County. My work has always focused on helping young people and their families through life’s ups and downs.
As a Central American Latina, I understand how important culture, family, and connection are. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and I work to create a space where Latino clients feel respected, supported, and truly understood.
I specialize in helping children, teens, and young adults who are facing emotional challenges like anxiety, sadness, stress, or big life transitions—whether it’s changes at home, struggles at school, or figuring out who they are. I help them build confidence, manage their emotions, and strengthen their relationships.
My approach is strength-based, meaning I believe everyone has what they need inside them to grow and heal—we just sometimes need the right support.
If you’re looking for someone to walk alongside you or your child during a tough season, I’m here to help.
