About Kate Morales, M.Psy, LPA

Feeling trapped in a cycle where each day blurs into the next, and the future seems as bleak as the present? Even with the support of loved ones, you might still find yourself feeling unseen and alone. Have you contemplated seeking mental health support, wondering if it could truly make a difference in your past, present, or future?

In these moments, days lose their meaning, frustration mounts, and the thought of pushing away those you care about becomes all too common. When the idea of “If I can’t bear to see my pain, who else would want to?” creeps in, it might be time to reach out.

But here’s the essential truth: you don’t have to face this alone. Taking this step is pivotal—it’s reaching out to explore, transform, accept, connect, and pave a new path, liberating yourself from the chains holding you back.

Hello/Hola! I’m Kate! I’m a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Psychological Associate, Independent Practice. In my practice, therapy is a space where we explore what isn’t working, reconnect with ourselves, and rediscover connection. Although our experiences are unique, as humans, we share common feelings. Lucky for you, feelings are my expertise! No matter how overwhelming things feel, you can learn to process, understand, and accept those emotions, thoughts, and memories. Your experiences are strengths we can harness to guide you toward a fulfilling, confident life you’ve longed for.

My practice is LGBT-affirming and Trauma-Informed. I create safe, inclusive, judgment-free spaces where vulnerability is welcomed. I’ll meet you where you are, gently nudging you toward growth. As an active listener, I offer respectful, honest, and empathetic feedback, often infused with a touch of humor. Your beliefs will always be respected and validated.

With over 7 years of experience, I’ve worked extensively with various presenting concerns, specializing in:

  • PTSD and Trauma,
  • Parenting
  • Depression,
  • Anxiety
  • Stress Management
  • Multicultural Concerns
  • Acculturation

Remember, taking this step isn’t just about seeking help—it’s about reclaiming control, finding resilience, and embracing a brighter tomorrow. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. Your story matters, and your well-being is worth investing in. Reach out today, and let’s begin this transformative journey together. Your tomorrow can be different—let’s make it happen.

___________
