I am a 1st generation Spanish and English speaking Latina with years of experience in the mental health field. I have three years of experience working in inpatient psychiatry with some of the most vulnerable populations of our community. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families struggling with their mental health, including depression, anxiety, trauma. Aside from these, my passion lies in working with the Latinx and Hispanic community. In my work as an inpatient clinician, I have worked with individuals and families navigating the unique challenges that comes with being an immigrant, whether that is acculturation issues, adjustment to diagnoses, intergenerational differences within a family unit.
