Trust, transparency, and communication are something I value, and I hope that you feel safe in a welcoming, non-judgmental, and encouraging space. My approach to therapy is utilizing social justice and non-oppressive lenses to provide safety for my clients. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive to all clients of diverse backgrounds. My therapeutic styles are Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing. My goal as a therapist is to create a nurturing and supportive relationship to boost your growth and achieve your goals. I have experience working with adults, teens, and children that may experience depression, anxiety, trauma, racial trauma, ADHD, and self-esteem/confidence. I can’t wait to meet you and begin our therapeutic relationship! Ofrezco servicios en Español.
