Hello! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker out of MA who spent her first few years working on crisis stabilization and management.
In my previous work I have supported survivors of relational trauma (intimate partner violence), folx on their recovery journey from substance misuse, and those managing challenging life transitions.
My current approach to therapy encompasses a humanistic, trauma informed, strengths-based, and relational attachment approach to supporting my clients on their journey to self-compassion, self-discovery, and grace. I am currently trained in supporting folx who struggle with depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, poor boundary setting, and self-compassion.
