I am John Rosas a Latino Therapist and founder of Mindlevate! I am so happy our paths have met. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I believe in the power of the mind and the human spirit, and that there is greatness in you. My calling and passion are in helping millennials overcome fears, barriers, and issues that are holding them back from reaching their true potential. My practice is mainly focused on helping out millennials. As a millennial myself, I understand the struggle and how to overcome it. By using a holistic approach to therapy, where the body, mind, and spirit are all taken into account, I help millennials make meaningful changes that transform their lives. I am certified and have extensive experience helping diverse populations with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment THerapy (ACT), Mindfulness,  Interpersonal Therapy, Seeking Safety, and other evidence practices. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work.
