I have been a bilingual therapist for over 17 years. I has a passion for helping people learn how to become a healthier version of themselves. Too many Latinx are suffering in silence due to stigma. Our culture has taught us to not always share and explore our feelings, but the truth is as humans, we feel. We may struggle with our relationships, communication, thoughts, feelings, trauma, self esteem, attention, energy, work, our past or our future. It's a very healthy step to consider therapy and start the journey of growing and/or healing.
