Jael is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She has been working in the mental health field for 14 years and providing therapy for the past 9 years. Her work focuses on the treatment of trauma, CPTSD and OCD, as well as other comorbid issues such as depression, anxiety, panic, and mood disorders. She assists adults with learning to navigate challenges that arise as a neurodivergent person with Autism and/or ADHD. Her approach to treatment is integrative and incorporates different modalities including mindfulness, somatic experiencing, inner child work, CBT, ERP among others and is catered specifically to each individual. Her priority is creating a sense of safety and to be a compassionate and empathetic guide in your journey.
