As a Dominican-American therapist I am dedicated to the Latino community mental health providing services in English and Spanish. In the last 17 years I have worked with individuals and families offering culturally responsive and Trauma Informed services. I believe that we heal in the presence of compassion and understanding. In sessions I support emotional awareness, self-understanding and promote mind-body connection that supports client’s nervous system regulation. This allows the clients to look at themselves with love and compassion to embrace all parts of their being and bring balance into life.
