About Inclusion Online Therapy

               Ofrecemos sesiones completamente en Español.

At Inclusion Online Therapy, we offer mental health services that honor and respect the culture and uniqueness of each individual.

Our team of Latinx therapists are committed to serving Latinx, BIPOC and other emerging communities. We offer trauma informed care, that is antiracist, anti-oppressive, culturally affirming and empowering.

Specializing in working with individuals who are facing challenges with mental health stigma, dealing with the imposter syndrome,  facing workplace microaggressions, dealing with the weight of  “being the first”, balancing family expectations, intercultural relationships and coping with intergenerational trauma. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, struggling with your mental health or looking to move forward in life, we’re here to support you.

We look at the whole person, recognizing the connection between mind, body and spirit and the force of cultural and environmental influences.

Are you new to therapy?

Talk therapy is exactly what it sounds like—a space to talk, process, and be heard. During your initial consultation, we will discuss your current challenges, strengths, and mental wellness goals.

We typically recommend starting with weekly sessions to help you manage your symptoms effectively. As you progress and gain confidence in your coping strategies, we’ll gradually reduce the frequency of sessions until you feel ready to apply what you’ve learned on your own.

We will work together to set clear goals by establishing an actionable plan with realistic and achievable goals.

We specialize in:

Anxiety & Stress Management: Learn practical coping techniques to reduce excessive worry, manage high stress, and find healthier ways to deal with daily challenges.

ADHD Treatment & Assessment: Our clinicians conduct thorough evaluations to determine if ADHD is affecting your focus, productivity, and quality of life. We provide evidence-based strategies to improve organization, time management, and self-esteem.

Mental Health Evaluations for Immigration Processes: We offer psychological evaluations for immigration applications, providing clear, comprehensive reports that reflect your mental health needs and experiences.
