As a therapist (LPC) with a MS in Counseling (Clinical Mental Health), I’m a trauma-informed professional, TF-CBT certified, EMDR trained, fully bilingual (Spanish-English) and passionate about helping others. I work with youth and adults and I’m a LGBTQ+ Ally. My perspective is Humanistic and Person-centered. I believe it is essential to be genuine and compassionate, non-judgmental and empathic. I am also a mom and a former academic.
