About Gissell Rodriguez, LMFT - Somatic Therapist

As a trauma and relationship specialist, I am honored to support clients on their healing journey by nurturing the mind-body connection. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and the resilience passed down through generations that has brought you to this moment. My approach is rooted in somatic healing, where we explore how trauma is held in the body and how to gently release it to create more safety and presence.

Together, we will uncover unhelpful patterns and cycles, build on your inner strengths, and develop tools for resilience and connection. My work emphasizes cultivating self-compassion, self-acceptance, and deeper, more meaningful relationships. I also view healing as a collective process that connects us to ourselves, our loved ones, and the larger communities we belong to. Through this process, clients often find not just healing but a renewed sense of joy and empowerment.
