About

Gina provides a person-centered approach incorporating past experiences, beliefs, and goals. She uses a holistic and intuitive framework, offering a safe space for clients to use introspection and to express themselves without fear of judgment. She combines art making, talk therapy, play, and humor to create an inclusive and comfortable space for self exploration. Gina is able to be culturally attuned to clients from various backgrounds. As a bilingual clinician, she is able to provide psychotherapy in English and Spanish to ensure that language is not a barrier to receive treatment. Gina earned an MA in Creative Arts Therapy from Pratt Institute. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and groups to help cope with a variety of issues, such as; depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, low self-esteem and group dynamics.
