Hello! I'm glad you're here. I know that deciding to come to therapy can be scary. Life is full of changes and sometimes we hang onto stuff, like past feelings, behaviors, and thoughts that makes it hard to have good relationships with ourselves and those we care about. Sometimes, we might not even realize it's happening. I believe it all begins with understanding and taking the steps to heal.

With me you don't need to try to hide your powerful emotions and pretend everything is okay. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a warm and inviting place where you feel safe to talk about what matters most to you.

I am passionate about helping people figure out why they're hurting, digging into the ideas they grew up with, learn how to be kind to themselves, and understanding how their feelings, thoughts, and actions affect their relationships with themselves, their loved ones, and the world. Together, we’ll explore your past and present experiences to increase awareness & understanding of how we got here and where we would like to go in the future.

I enjoy working with teens, young adults, adults, and couples. My areas of specialty are anxiety treatment, depression counseling, stress, life transitions, trauma counseling, college student stress, and grief/loss. I am a bilingual therapist and provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I'd be honored to be walk with you on your healing journey!
