Greetings! Bienvenid@s! My passion is working with individuals who want to feel more hope and a sense of agency in their lives. Due to a difficult childhood or traumatic events, your voice may not have been heard or respected resulting in buried pain and silent struggles. My focus is helping individuals develop their voice and find an inner strength they may not realize already exists. I have a particular interest in treating intergenerational trauma, self-esteem issues, religious trauma, narcissistic abuse, and victims of high control groups/individuals. Considering therapy may not be an easy choice for some. I applaud you for prioritizing yourself and making this commitment toward healing. I believe therapy should be a safe, warm, and welcoming place where one can grow and challenge themselves. I have twelve years of experience providing therapy, much of which has been working with the Latinx community. I also provide therapy in Spanish.  I am currently providing individual therapy though telehealth. In person appointments in the Bakersfield, CA area may be considered.
