Dr. Victoria Rodriguez is a licensed psychotherapist and social worker with over 18 years of experience working with individuals (adults and teens), couples, and families. Victoria has experience treating clients experiencing anxiety, depression, identity issues, imposter syndrome, workplace stress, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and trauma.
She specializes in working with women, most specifically WOC and female entrepreneurs, to advance both their careers and their interpersonal relationships while at the same time developing more compassionate relationships with themselves. For clients who want to grow their leadership presence and skill sets, she incorporates her strategic leadership training into sessions to empower her clients to develop as leaders and grow within their careers. She provides executive coaching/ therapy for C Suite leadership.

Victoria collaborates with her clients to delve into the roots of their concerns and symptoms, guiding them toward sustainable, transformative change. Victoria is dedicated to helping her clients better understand themselves, break negative patterns, regulate their emotions effectively, and build stronger relationships.  She tailors each session to her client's unique needs and goals, using a blend of therapy practices and modalities, including talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Victoria, who identifies as Mexican American and Puerto Rican, is deeply committed to providing her clients with a culturally sensitive space that is safe and judgment-free. She encourages open exploration and discussion of their identities, behaviors, and feelings. She offers a faith-based perspective for those who wish to integrate their faith into their sessions. Victoria is also an avid runner. She not only runs for her own self-care but is also a certified running coach. She offers workshops incorporating running, yoga, and mindfulness as therapy.
