Hello! I’m Dr. Sonia Rodriguez! Helping the Latin community has always been a passion of mine. My desire is to end the stigma of therapy for my community one session at a time. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings conducting assessments and providing individual and group therapy with adolescents and survivors of domestic violence. I currently hold a position providing individual, couples, and family therapy and am an EFT trained therapist. My background in working in multiple settings has provided me with a vast amount of experience and knowledge to help individuals navigate the twists and turns of life.
As a Psychologist having a background in doing crisis work as well, I have been in the trenches and I am aware of the scarce resources for mental health in my community. Mental wellness is a journey, a marathon, not a sprint. I am prepared to help guide you on this journey with compassion and understanding. I hope to see you along the way! -Dr. Rodriguez
