We are a dedicated team specializing in culturally responsive BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ support. Our inclusive and affirming mental health care aims to help you overcome obstacles and break free from stuck patterns. Our brief therapy approach, called “Whole Person,” focuses on body, mind, self, and spirit.
We value your narrative and integrate it into personalized therapy sessions. Our evidence-informed care model consists of 8-12 sessions guided by skilled therapists. We offer additional support and resources through our concierges.
Our practice offers solution-oriented and research-informed individual and couple’s therapy. We strive to make our services accessible to all who need them.
