I would like to help you find a higher quality connection to yourself and your loved ones. My counseling services focus on healing painful parts of self, and relationships so you can live a more fulfilling life. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and developmental trauma. I work with couples and families on strengthening connections while valuing each others uniqueness.
I practice from an attachment lens with a special emphasis on cultural responsiveness. As a Latinx therapist, I value our intersectional identities and our migrant and indegenous spirit. Additionally, I am trained in Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which I use with clients who have experienced trauma.
