My approach to working with clients often includes a holistic, humanistic, psychodynamic, cultural and biosocial point of view. I specialize in working with people who want to find healing in relation to grief, loss, MH, trauma and Individual experience. My therapy style addresses the mind, body, and spirit to support health and healing - bringing all layers and aspects of our clients into the therapy and mental health space. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, BPD, Bipolar, ADHD, relationships, immigrants and refugees, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & parenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Some populations I've worked with in the past: marginalized comm., Latinx, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, children and families and couples.
