Hello! My name is Daphne Munoz and I am a licensed, bilingual therapist. Growing up as a first generation Latina, I understand the impact that culture, traditional values, and generational trauma can have on our day to day functioning and our ability to form healthy/secure relationships. It is my goal as a therapist to meet my clients where they are and help them process these difficult experiences while also empowering them to make positive changes. I have experience treating adults who are struggling with their relationships, going through a difficult life or role transition, struggling with low self-esteem, and/or dealing with depression/anxiety. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to identify behavior patterns keeping them stuck, learn to set healthy boundaries with others, and challenge negative thinking patterns.
