Hola! I’m Daniela Palma-Saracho, LMFT. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience working with people of all ages. My specialties include working with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, life adjustments, and the effects of different forms of trauma. I approach our work together with great care, curiosity, and compassion and believe in the healing powers of being seen, heard, valued, and loved. I am fluent in Spanish and English and provide culturally competent interventions for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, ensuring a safe and accepting space for healing. I am a proud daughter of immigrants from Mexico and a first-generation college student. I use those experiences to deeply connect with the community I serve. On a personal level, I am a mother and partner who enjoys reading, movies, music, and baseball. I am also passionate about using my creative side through decorating, drawing, and crafting. – Daniela Palma-Saracho, LMFT: Instagram
