Hi, I’m Cynthia (she/her/ella).
Past trauma, anxious thoughts, low self-esteem… it’s hard to navigate day-to-day life (and much less thrive!) when you’re struggling with emotional pain. At Bloom Therapy Services, the goal is to get people from hurting to healing.
I take a “root-cause” approach to therapy- which means that instead of just managing symptoms, we work to uncover and address the deeper patterns that may be holding you back. And because I’m specialized in a variety of therapy modalities, we can always adjust our approach based on your needs.
I’m also passionate about social justice and actively work to be inclusive of your unique & intersectional experience. I aim to provide a culturally-affirming experience for everyone that walks through our doors. I genuinely believe that everyone can find strength and peace and would be honored to support you through your own journey.
