As a first-generation, queer Latinx therapist with roots in both Mexico and the Philippines, I know that life’s challenges can be layered—particularly for those navigating the complexities of cultural identity, generational trauma, and mental health in a world that may not always understand. I grew up in a low-income household, familiar with the struggle to belong and the resilience it takes to rise. My lived experiences with addiction, mental health, and neurodivergence give me a unique lens that I bring to therapy, creating a space where your experiences are honored, seen, and understood. In our work together, I focus on building a therapeutic relationship that fosters growth and insight based on a foundation of trustand full of curiosity, critical thinking, compassion, and humor. Many people who come to see me often struggle with intense emotions, feeling overwhelmed or isolated, or navigating deep issues of belonging and self-identity. Specializing in addiction recovery and psychedelic preparation/integration, I support clients through journeys that may involve integrating complex or difficult past experiences, and I offer neurodivergence-affirming care for those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum diagnoses. I am currently in training with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute to become a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider, expanding my ability to guide clients through transformative work with compassion and knowledge. My approach is grounded in the “here and now. ” I use relational techniques and DBT skills to help you navigate complex thoughts and emotions and build resilience. As a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, I also bring powerful life coaching tools and exercises to our sessions to support you in creating lasting, positive change. I strive to create a welcoming, culturally sensitive space that allows for open expression and safety. With an in-depth assessment and a personalized plan, I work to meet your unique needs with warmth and intelligence, so you can rediscover your path forward.
