Reaching out for and finding help can feel like an overwhelming prospect. Where do we start? If you’re reading this, you’ve already begun. I’m with you, and I’m here to help you be with You.
Are you used to saying, “I’m fine,” but feel lost, stuck, or lonely? Maybe you feel that you shouldn’t need help or don’t deserve it. We’ve all received cultural messaging that we need to “do,” “succeed,” or “perform” to get by, but we feel totally dissatisfied & depleted. It’s so frustrating when we can’t express our authentic selves or we’re stuck in patterns that hurt us. Creative Now Therapy is here to facilitate your journey of healing. You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
Are You:
Healing begins by being with what isn’t working & adding some curiosity. This is easier said than done and takes courage & practice. Likely, walls & stories have been built that kept you emotionally safe as a child but are no longer working in your adult life. By blending Somatic, Gestalt, & Creative interventions, we’ll honor these walls & stories while safely shifting into a more authentic You.
Paradoxically, your difficult feelings and experiences are the doorways to the healing and resources within yourself.
Then what?
Ultimately, this process will enhance your ability to get your needs met, make better choices, move more easily through life, & develop a better relationship with uncertainty. Therapy can support you in feeling safer in yourself and your body. I’d love to be a part of helping you feel more alive and excited about your life.
