We are an out-patient clinic providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescent, adults and families. Our mission is to provide hope and inspiration to help people achieve their wellness goals. We also provide immigration evaluations to assist individuals and families who are going through the immigration process. We provide virtual sessions throughout the state of California. She is experienced in helping people understand mixed race identity development in Bicultural and/or interethnic individuals. Fostering a healthy mixed race identity is highly important. This is accomplished by addressing topics such as processing difficult racial experiences, fighting bias, identity struggles and managing microaggression. Her specialty is working with athletes. As a former collegiate athlete, she is aware of the unique athlete needs that are often neglected. Her work with athletes involves helping them understand the importance of medication compliance, managing stress & anxiety, finding alternatives to self-harming behaviors, developing skills to manage pressure & relationships, and finding identity after leaving the sport.
