Hi I’m Christina Cornejo I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’ve been providing therapy for about 8 years. I work with individuals navigating real-life challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. My goal is to support you in finding your own path to healing and feeling more grounded in your life. I believe in meeting people where they are, offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can be honest, feel heard, and grow at your own pace. Therapy isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about having someone walk with you through the process of healing and growth.
I’m bilingual and have worked in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient programs, and in-home counseling. I specialize in helping people work through trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I support teens and young adults in breaking intergenerational trauma, improving communication patterns, and navigating parent-child conflict.
I understand the pressure that can come from school, family expectations, and trying to figure out who you are in a world that doesn’t always reflect your experience. My passion is helping people recognize and unlearn harmful patterns so they can start to redefine themselves on their own terms not just based on survival, but on what they truly want.
