My name is Chris and I’m a therapist at Kirkland EMDR Counseling which is an inclusive teletherapy practice providing individual therapy in both English and Spanish for adults in Washington state. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, trauma, and relationships–integrating anti-racist and anti-oppression in the therapy experience.
I’d like to work collaboratively with you in your journey towards growth and awareness so that you feel you have the ability to navigate any challenge that comes your way as well as being able to experience healing from the inside out.
As a human, I use pronouns she/hers/ella and identify as cisgender female, heterosexual, immigrant, Latinx, and bilingual (Spanish/English). I was born in Lima, Peru and moved to Washington State in 1998, which has now been my home for over two decades. This has given me a rich experience of learning about countries, culture, diversity and changes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington State (LW 61191172).
