Celeste Lopez has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She takes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach integrating healthy lifestyle, CBT, and somatic mindfulness strategies to help clients utilize a holistic approach to overcome challenges. She also uses Attachment Theory and Narrative Therapy to help clients relieve distress and make sense of experiences. Celeste has a passion for working with individuals who have survived sexual trauma and she has unique training in working with those with sexual issues. Celeste has experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related diagnosis, and other life experiences.
