Hi, I’m Bianca Reyes, a first-generation Mexican-Ecuadorian Marriage and Family Therapy intern passionate about helping people heal, grow, and feel empowered. I offer EMDR therapy to support individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck—whether in patterns of overthinking, burnout, anxiety, or relational struggles. My goal is to help you feel restored, grounded, and connected again.
Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, I help clients build healthier communication, set boundaries, and make sense of relationship patterns that no longer serve them. My style is transparent, collaborative, and gently challenging—encouraging meaningful, sustainable change.
I’m currently completing my training at the University of Akron, and I bring with me the influence of four cities that have shaped who I am—Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Portland, and Cleveland. Growing up in a vibrant Latino community in LA, I felt the power of representation and culture. But it was my time in Northeast Ohio that deepened my commitment to creating inclusive spaces, especially for those navigating life in predominantly white communities.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure of your next step, therapy can be a turning point. I’d be honored to support you in breaking unhelpful cycles and building a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
