If you’ve ever tried to do all you could to repair or calm your relationship with yourself, partners, family, or others, but still end up feeling confused, hurt, guilty, and/or hopeless, you are not alone. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to explore who you are and build a healthy, meaningful relationship. I am here to hold space for you and hear all that you have to say without judgement. My desire after every session is for my clients to go home a bit lighter, brighter, and safer. I have a passion for working with adult individuals facing challenges with relationships, trauma, life transitions, oppression, depression, anxiety, and cultural identity. During our time together, we'll incorporate every essence of you- your unique story, culture, spirit, and more. Together we will take this journey of healing until you become the magical and powerful being that you are capable of being. I am fluently bilingual (English-and Spanish-speaking) and bi-cultural (Latina). I look forward to working with you.
