Hola y bienvenidos. I’m so glad you’re here.
As a proud Latina therapist, I understand how complex and courageous it can be to reach out for support, especially in communities where mental health is often stigmatized or misunderstood. My mission is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe as your full, authentic self.
I specialize in working with Latinx individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and challenges with boundaries (often for the first time). Many of us carry generational expectations, cultural pressures, or silence around emotional struggles. You’re not alone in that and you don’t have to carry it alone, either.
In our work together, I center self-love, cultural humility, and self-compassion. We’ll explore not only what you’re going through, but also where you come from because your story, your roots, and your voice matter. I use a mix of evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, always adapting to your values and lived experience.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your strength, reclaim your voice, and build a life that reflects both healing and orgullo (pride). Together, we’ll set meaningful goals, celebrate small wins, and create lasting, culturally-grounded change.
