About

Do you find yourself ready to change your life's narrative but not sure where to begin? Are you having a harder time than usual coping with changes coming your way? Whether it's a new job, relationship, family dynamic, etc, life milestones/transitions can bring up so many mixed feelings and trigger core beliefs we hold about ourselves, relationships, and the world. I am a bicultural clinician passionate about working with children and families to break the cycle of intergenerational transmissions of trauma. I have a particular interest in attachment and parenting. I have experience working with individuals and families with a range of presenting problems. I pride myself in being a trauma-informed, empathic clinician that balances accepting my clients and simultaneously helping them change through providing a corrective relationship and skill building. I imagine taking this step of finding a therapist may bring up a lot of feelings for you. Maybe you've been in therapy before, or this is your first time. I encourage you to really think of who is the best fit for you. Book a free 15 minute phone consult on my website to get a sense of what it would be like working with me!
