I’m a licensed clinical therapist.
But like you, I’m much more than a singular role.
I’m a Chicana, friend, partner, mother, mom to a fur baby.
I’m some who is passionate in all aspects of life.
I believe in being my most genuine & authentic self in all avenues of life. I’m a late diagnosed AUHD (autistic and ADHD) woman.
I’m a mother who lived through postpartum depression and anxiety.
I’m a woman who has moved through professional burnout.
I’m the first person in my family to seek mental health therapy and to be VERY open about my journey.

I’m open about all this because I truly believe in therapy and the ability to heal ourselves. It’s not an easy journey but it’s absolutely.
And I don’t want anyone to feel they have to make that journey alone.

I’ve worked in the field of mental health and wellness for over 15 years.
I bring a wealth of clinical training and experience to each of our sessions. However, I know that our genuine and authentic connection is truly the driver of your therapeutic experience. I want to meet you exactly where you are, and work together to establish and achieve your therapy goals. You don’t have to do it alone.
Our healing was never meant to happen in isolation.
