I consider it an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey toward personal wellness. My goal is to create a trusting and safe environment that supports the challenging experience of growth. My approach to working with clients incorporates interpersonal and relational dynamics that have been impacted by emotional wounds, relational patterns, and significant events that have altered your perception of safety and intimacy.

I believe as we begin to process and come to understand how our past impacts our present, we may then foster a sense of curiosity about ourselves and others through the lens of hope and acceptance. I work with adults, adolescents, children, families, and groups with issues such as depression, PTSD, Racial trauma, anger, relational conflict, addiction, and low self-esteem. I also have experience working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community through identity development and the process of coming out.

I am both bilingual and bicultural, allowing me the ability to understand the value of being with my clients who are struggling with societal prejudices, cultural expectations, and family of origin issues. I'm passionate about breaking down barriers and creating culturally-informed connections for the BIPOC and Mental Health community.

I live in Dallas, TX. Outside of counseling, I enjoy hikes, sports games, traveling, talking about the shows I'm currently watching, and spending quality time with friends and family.
